Behind the journal

Our editorial approach.

Useful inspiration, clear language, and credit where it belongs. These are the principles behind Refind Trends.

What we publish

Refind Trends covers wearable style, hair inspiration, accessories, and everyday living. Our guides are starting points for readers to adapt to their own preferences, routines, budgets, and surroundings.

Originality & research

Our writing is created for this publication. We use other publications for research and inspiration without republishing their articles or photographs without permission. When a story relies on a specific external fact or source, we aim to link to the original source.

Clear limits on experience

General styling suggestions are not product tests, professional hair consultations, or evidence of personal use. A product should be described as tested only when the writer has actually used it and can explain the testing. Illustrative stock photography does not imply that a person pictured endorses Refind Trends or has used a mentioned product.

AI assistance

Our launch articles use AI-assisted drafting. AI tools may also assist with structure or design. Assistance does not establish expertise or first-hand experience. We welcome corrections and distinguish general ideas from verified claims and personally tested recommendations.

Images & credits

We use original material or images with an appropriate license or permission. Image credits and source links appear with article photography. Our articles include licensed stock photography from Unsplash and Pexels, alongside supplied outfit references identified in the relevant guide. If a photographer or garment brand has not been independently verified, we do not invent a credit or a product link. Reference images illustrate styling ideas rather than documenting our own styling or home projects.

Commercial transparency

Sponsored content and affiliate links should be clearly identified where they appear. Payment does not justify an unsupported claim. Read our disclosure for more.
